A surcharge applies for journeys that exceed 30 minutes or 30 km in travel distance to specific outskirt areas.

• West: Bukit Batok, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Clementi, Upper Bukit Timah, West Coast
• South-West: Boon Lay, Jalan Bahar, Jurong West, Taman Jurong, Lakeside
• Special Zone: Sentosa Island

Arrival bookings: 60 minutes free waiting time from actual flight landing time
Departure/Transfer bookings: 10 minutes free waiting time

Super Peak Period: Surcharge of 50% – 100% may apply
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made via WhatsApp or email
- Free cancellation if notified at least 12 hours before pick-up time
- Full charge (100%) applies for cancellations made less than 12 hours before pick-up

- Passenger count is strictly per-head. Overloading may affect insurance coverage.
